Placer's Treatment of Sensitive Locations
Placer does not knowingly sell or provide any data relating to sensitive locations, such as military facilities, PreK-12 schools or facilities for minors, places of worship, rehabilitation centers, women’s health facilities, and any other locations limited by a particular law or regulation.
As certain States’ laws limit access to certain types of POIs (see below), the sensitive location classification may vary based on the State in which a POI is located.
As a Privacy first organization we take strong measures to ensure our data and services as delivered to customers comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We continue to monitor the ever evolving regulatory landscape and will advise customers in the event any material changes are required to our services as a result of any regulatory change.
